Returns are not accepted unless required by applicable law. Because many pieces are handmade, limited, custom configured, or prepared for a specific order, please ask any questions before payment.

No refunds

Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact Trinity Radionics promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

Cancellations before dispatch

Cancellations may be possible before dispatch or before custom preparation has started. Once an item has been dispatched, custom prepared, or specially configured, cancellation may no longer be available.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, contact Trinity Radionics as soon as possible with the order details and clear photos of the parcel and item. This allows the issue to be reviewed with the carrier or corrected where appropriate.
